With many children unable to pay for school fees, we ensure tuition is covered along with stationery and books to help children get a better start in life.

We support & provide workshops in skilled crafts such as plumbing, woodcraft & metalwork, all designed to impart simple skills that provide opportunity for work.

Healthy Meal Provision

Poverty is such that being able to put food on the table is almost impossible for some families. We provide healthy balanced meals while imparting additional support.

A little insight into how it all began…

Patricia Chinyoka, a native of Zimbabwe founded Care for Someone in 2001, the mission and charitable objective is to ensure those suffering life disadvantages have access to education and training opportunities to help them realise their full potential. Growing up Patricia had a passion for helping others less fortunate and had ambitions to launch charity to widen her support. A family vacation to Zimbabwe proved to be a turning point for her personally as she witnessed first-hand the plight and suffering of women, children, and families across the country.
